Arriving in Delhi

It is almost eleven o clock at night. The sun set about 3 hours ago and the hot Delhi air has been replaced by a much cooler and more pleasant atmosphere. Although we are visiting India during the monsoon period (which may I add, happens to be the most extreme in over 15 years), the heat is rather extreme in European measures. The hot humid air is as intense as India itself, but we are acclimatising and enjoying every minute of this fabulous experience.

We arrived 3 days ago and although time is flying, we have experienced more than we could ever describe in a single blog post. We are constantly surrounded by poverty, hope, happiness and dedication, the energy it involves acts as a major force driving us forward. The intensity of this place is insistently fuelling our passion for this project and these people. We are more inspired than ever to make a change.

Please look back for regular updates on the progress of our ongoing work.
