Amnesty street art in London

Anonymous German street art collective, mentalgassi and UK-based brothers and sisters are working with Amnesty international, creating street art installations on fences across London. The clever idea of the project entitled ‘making the invisible visible’, depicts the face of  Troy Davis painted on fence railings.
When viewed straight on, one does not see anything – his face remains invisible.
It is only when the fence is viewed from an angle that Troy Davis’s face becomes visible to the public.

The campaign is to help Davis who has been on death row in the United states for 19 years, despite serious doubts about his conviction.
